What he said standing over a sick person
He asked for the kind of cure that does not leave a trace behind.
أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، اشْفِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
Adhhibi-l-baʾsa rabba-n-nās, ishfi wa anta-sh-shāfī, lā shifāʾa illā shifāʾuk, shifāʾan lā yughādiru saqamā
“Take away the harm, Lord of people. Heal, for You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing. A healing that leaves no illness behind.”
Where this comes from
Aisha says this is what he did whenever he visited someone ill, or someone ill was brought to him. The last clause is the one people miss. Not just recovery. Recovery that does not leave anything sitting underneath it.

Narrated `Aisha:Whenever Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) paid a visit to a patient, or a patient was brought to him, he used to invoke Allah, saying, "Take away the disease, O the Lord of the people! Cure him as You are the One Who cures. There is no cure but Yours, a cure that leaves no disease
