اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina al-ʿajzi wa-l-kasali wa-l-jubni wa-l-harami wa-l-bukhli wa-aʿūdhu bika min ʿadhābi al-qabri wamin fitnah al-maḥyā wa-l-mamāti

Anas b. Malik reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to say:" O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from incapacity, from indolence, from cowardice, from senility, from miserliness, and I seek refuge in Thee from the torment of the grave and from trial of the life and death
