Being ill

Who does the healing

Ibrāhīm ﷺ listing what his Lord does, and changing person for one clause only.

Alladhī khalaqanī fa-huwa yahdīn, wa-lladhī huwa yuṭʿimunī wa yasqīn, wa idhā mariḍtu fa-huwa yashfīn.

“Who created me, and He [it is who] guides me. And it is He who feeds me and gives me drink. And when I am ill, it is He who cures me”

He says He feeds me and He guides me. But he does not say He makes me ill. The illness he attributes to himself; only the cure is attributed to Allah.
