جَعَلَ اللَّهُ الرَّحْمَةَ مِائَةَ جُزْءٍ، فَأَمْسَكَ عِنْدَهُ تِسْعَةً وَتِسْعِينَ جُزْءًا، وَأَنْزَلَ فِي الأَرْضِ جُزْءًا وَاحِدًا، فَمِنْ ذَلِكَ الْجُزْءِ يَتَرَاحَمُ الْخَلْقُ
Jaʿala-Llāhu-r-raḥmata miʾata juzʾ, fa-amsaka ʿindahu tisʿatan wa tisʿīna juzʾan, wa anzala fi-l-arḍi juzʾan wāḥidā, fa-min dhālika-l-juzʾi yatarāḥamu-l-khalq
“Allah made mercy a hundred parts. He kept ninety nine with Him and sent down one part to the earth. From that one part the creation shows mercy to one another.”
Where this comes from
It ends with the smallest illustration available: a mare lifting her hoof away from her foal in case she catches him. Every kindness anyone has ever received is out of the one part.

Narrated Abu Huraira:I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, Allah divided Mercy into one hundred parts. He kept ninety nine parts with Him and sent down one part to the earth, and because of that, its one single part, His Creations are merciful to each other, so that even the mare lifts up its hoofs away from its baby animal, lest it should trample on it
