Four words for the most ordinary door in the house
Anas gives it in one line.
أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبِيثِ
Aʿūdhu bika mina-l-khubthi wa-l-khabāʾith
“I seek refuge in You from foulness and from foul things.”
Where this comes from
Said going in. It is the smallest possible occasion and it still gets its own words.

Anas bin Malik said:"When the Prophet entered the toilet he would say: 'O Allah Indeed I seek refuge in You.'" Shu'bah (one of the narrators) said: "Another time he said: 'I seek refuge in You from AI-Khubthi and al-Khablth.' Or: 'Al-Khubthi and Al-Khaba'ith
