اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْقَبْرِ وَفِتْنَةِ الدَّجَّالِ وَفِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ
Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min fitnah al-qabri wafitnah ad-dajjāli wafitnah al-maḥyā wa-l-mamāti

The full narration
It was narrated from Sulaiman bin Yasar that he heard Abu Hurairah say:"I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say in his supplication: 'Allahumma, inni a'udhu bika min fitnatil-qabri, wa fitnatid-dajjali, wa fitnatil-mahya wal-mamat (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from the trial of the grave, and the tribulation of the Dajjal, and the trials of life and death)
