The two whose rights he warned about by name
He put it as a formal warning, not advice.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحَرِّجُ حَقَّ الضَّعِيفَيْنِ الْيَتِيمِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ
Allāhumma innī uḥarriju ḥaqqa-ḍ-ḍaʿīfayni: al-yatīmi wa-l-marʾah
O Allah, I declare off limits the rights of the two weak ones: the orphan and the woman.
Where this comes from
Uḥarrij means to place something under a prohibition, to make touching it a sin in advance. He was not recommending kindness. He was fencing off two people's rights and calling Allah as witness that he had done it.
The full narration
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said:"O Allah, bear witness that I have issued a warning concerning (failure to fulfill) the rights of the two weak ones: Orphans and women
