Anxiety & worry

A description of how people are made

Named as a default, with one stated exception.

Inna-l-insāna khuliqa halūʿā, idhā massahu-sh-sharru jazūʿā, wa idhā massahu-l-khayru manūʿā, illa-l-muṣallīn.

“Indeed, mankind was created anxious: When evil touches him, impatient, And when good touches him, withholding [of it], Except the observers of prayer - Those who are constant in their prayer”

Anxiety is treated as the standard human setting, and prayer as the thing that interrupts it.
