Straight after the prayer ends

What the Qur'an tells you to do the moment Friday prayer is over.

فَإِذَا قُضِيَتِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةُ فَٱنتَشِرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱبْتَغُوا۟ مِن فَضْلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱذْكُرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

Fa-idhā quḍiyati-ṣ-ṣalātu fa-ntashirū fi-l-arḍi wa-btaghū min faḍli-llāhi wa-dhkuru-llāha kathīran laʿallakum tufliḥūn.

“And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of Allāh, and remember Allāh often that you may succeed.”

Worship and work are not set against each other. One verse sends you from the first into the second.
