Anxiety & worry

Four things to seek refuge from

Named together, and the last of them is about other people.

Aʿūdhu billāhi min jahdi-l-balā', wa daraki-sh-shaqā', wa sū'i-l-qaḍā', wa shamātati-l-aʿdā'.

“I seek refuge in Allah from the strain of trial, from being overtaken by wretchedness, from an evil outcome, and from the gloating of enemies.”

Being laughed at by people who wanted you to fail is listed alongside the trial itself. He knew that part hurts separately.
