Two things he praised women for
Both of them are about somebody else's welfare.
أَحْنَاهُ عَلَى وَلَدٍ فِي صِغَرِهِ وَأَرْعَاهُ عَلَى زَوْجٍ فِي ذَاتِ يَدِهِ
Aḥnāhu ʿalā waladin fī ṣigharih, wa arʿāhu ʿalā zawjin fī dhāti yadih
“The most tender towards a child in its smallness, and the most careful over a husband in what his hand holds.”
Where this comes from
Aḥnā is the bending of a body over something to shelter it. The two things named are looking after a child who cannot ask, and looking after money that is not hers.
The full narration
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best women are the riders of the camels and the righteous among the women of Quraish. They are the kindest women to their children in their childhood and the more careful women of the property of their husbands
