فَلَوْلَآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلْحُلْقُومَ وَأَنتُمْ حِينَئِذٍ تَنظُرُونَ وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنكُمْ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا تُبْصِرُونَ
Fa-lawlā idhā balaghati-l-ḥulqūm, wa antum ḥīna'idhin tanẓurūn, wa naḥnu aqrabu ilayhi minkum wa lākin lā tubṣirūn.
“Then why, when it [i.e., the soul at death] reaches the throat And you are at that time looking on - And We [i.e., Our angels] are nearer to him than you, but you do not see -”
