What is written before anyone is born
The list is short and the last line is the hard one.
Wa yuktabu ʿamaluhu wa atharuhu wa ajaluhu wa rizquh, thumma tuṭwa-ṣ-ṣuḥufu fa-lā yuzādu fīhā wa lā yunqaṣ
His deeds are written, and his trace, and his term, and his provision. Then the pages are folded, and nothing is added to them and nothing taken away.
Where this comes from
The angel comes to the drop after forty or forty five nights and asks two questions, and both answers are written. Then four more things are entered. Athar is the mark a person leaves behind after he is gone, and it is recorded before he arrives.
The full narration
Hudhaifa b. Usaid reported directly from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) that he said:When the drop of (semen) remains in the womb for forty or forty five nights, the angel comes and says: My Lord, will he be good or evil? And both these things would be written. Then the angel says: My Lord, would he be male or female? And both these things are written. And his deeds and actions, his death, his livelihood; these are also recorded. Then his document of destiny is rolled and there is no addition to nor subtraction from it
