Two things named as sources of help
Not motivation or planning. These two.
وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلْخَـٰشِعِينَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَظُنُّونَ أَنَّهُم مُّلَـٰقُوا۟ رَبِّهِمْ وَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْهِ رَٰجِعُونَ
Wa-staʿīnū bi-ṣ-ṣabri wa-ṣ-ṣalāh, wa innahā la-kabīratun illā ʿala-l-khāshiʿīn.
“And seek help through patience and prayer; and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allāh] Who are certain that they will meet their Lord and that they will return to Him.”
The verse admits immediately that it is hard. It does not pretend otherwise.
