What he was saying when he woke in the night
Umm Salamah heard it as he came out of sleep.
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ، مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ اللَّيْلَةَ مِنَ الْفِتْنَةِ، مَاذَا أُنْزِلَ مِنَ الْخَزَائِنِ، مَنْ يُوقِظُ صَوَاحِبَ الْحُجُرَاتِ
Lā ilāha illā-Llāh. Mādhā unzila-l-laylata mina-l-fitnah. Mādhā unzila mina-l-khazāʾin. Man yūqiẓu ṣawāḥiba-l-ḥujurāt
“There is no god but Allah. What tribulation has been sent down tonight. What treasuries have been sent down. Who will wake the women of these rooms?”
Where this comes from
He woke saying it. The trials and the treasures are named in the same breath and in the same construction, as though they arrive by the same route. Then he asks who is going to wake the household so they do not sleep through it.

Narrated Um Salama:One night the Prophet (ﷺ) woke up, saying, "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah! How many afflictions have been sent down tonight, and how many treasures have been sent down (disclosed)! Who will go and wake up (for prayers) the lady dwellers of these rooms? Many well dressed soul (people) in this world, will be naked on the Day of Resurrection
