How the patient are paid
The only reward in the Qur'an given without a stated limit.
فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
The word used is with, not after
